The piece features three stylised mushrooms in orange, yellow, and purple, accented with green leaves.

I actually thought I had lost this piece, then discovered that it was well wrapped in the bottom of a large box. 

Condition: Excellent for its age.

Manufacturer: The item is produced by Reward, a known manufacturer of ceramic collectibles.

Material: The figurine is constructed from durable ceramic material.

Design: It features a stamped "Reward" signature on the underside.
