Vintage large glass Apothecary canister Taiwan 1970s

Another first for me. I only come across these style apothecary canisters made in Belgium, not Taiwan although they are about. 

The glass itself is full of bubbles and pressed glass. Stamped to the base Tiawan. The plastic under the lid is on the way out but there are replacements out there.
