Vintage English Old Hall dish with 1967 penny

Vintage Old Hall stainless steel dish with a 1967 one penny coin set in the center.

These dishes were manufactured in the United Kingdom and often featured coins from various years, such as 1946, 1964, or 1967.

They are versatile items commonly used as ashtrays, trinket holders, or small serving dishes.
I'd say this was used as an ashtray from all the cleaning I had to do on it.
