Vintage 1950s Tasmania tourist Half a Cup of Coffee cup

Fancy half a cup of quirky coffee? The 1950s, 60's and 70's tourist trade in Tasmania has a plethora of pieces that were imported from Japan. This is a piece by Grizelle Japan that has the Tasmania map and a kangaroo (we actually don't have kangaz in Tas, we have wallabies...jut saying)...

For its age this cup is in excellent condition. I have a feeling it's been purchased and put in a display cupboard at some stage.
