INFO: ‘Located in LaTrobe St., Melbourne, Ernest Willberforce W. Tilley, a “manufacturer of plastic pressings” started a die factory named after himself, ‘E. W. Tilley” around 1935, then from 1937 was a Bakelite factory. In 1947 the company name was changed to Tilley Plastics, and it continued until 1982.’ Aust Plastic History
