Extremely possible this sleek vintage pottery cat is by Rosenthal Netter. Vintage iridescent white ceramic cat figurine, likely manufactured in the mid-20th century. 

From all the research I’ve done this sent me down a rabbit hole… hmmmmm as during that time there were a lot of ceramic cats manufactured in both Tiawan and Hong Kong. 
I'm up for discussion on this one. 

Condition: It does have a couple of condition elements, a glaze crack that is not a thru and thru for one and a couple of little nibbles in the glaze (see photos).

Glaze: Features a luminous, pearlescent glaze often referred to as "lusterware" or "oil spill" finish.

Design: A sleek, stylized seated pose common in mid-century modern décor.

Origin: Such figures were produced by various manufacturers, including Rosenthal Netter and Elpa Alcobaca.
