Panogana Tasmania Bill Thomas blue black pottery Vase - Unmarked/ hard to come by

How do I know this is a Panogana Vase by Bill Thomas.... I've had quite a few of his pieces and this is the same as another vase I have of his, minus the Panogana stamp. (Rare indeed)

Deep blue black glossy glaze. 
Condition: vintage exellent
