Indiana Glass Carnival Glass hen on nest egg basket.

Manufacturer: The piece is generally attributed to the Indiana Glass Company.

Design: It is a two-piece pressed glass dish featuring a nesting hen lid with feathered texture and a base designed with a basketweave pattern and a beaded rim.

Finish: The glass has a green carnival finish, which is an iridescent glaze that produces highlights of gold, blue, and violet.

Condition:  Excellent vintage condition does have a sliver of glass missing on the inner rim of the lid. I've taken 2 photos of the inner rim. In one you can't see the sliver, so I've taken a close up for you. The price reflects the damage.
