Henning Rathjen ‘Jasmine’ 55/30 pink floral vase

This is a little ripper of an applied floral in pink vase by Henning Rathjen through his Jasmine line. The vase is extremely tactile.
Condition: A sound vase with no chips, cracks or crazing. 

Rathjen established his pottery studio in Melbourne in 1948, producing quality slip-cast wares over the next 20 years. His production moved away from standard 1940s designs, with applied flowers or incised designs and textured surfaces.
