Ellis shape 13 - large canoe fruit bowl

Iconic Ellis Australia. Ellis Ceramics was a pottery set up by Dagmar and Miloslav Kratochvil in Abbotsford, Melbourne, in 1953 in their backyard. From there they moved to a larger factory in Nicholson Street, Melbourne where they remained until the factory closed in the late 1970s.

This 70s canoe shaped fruit bowl, shape number 13, is in excellent vintage condition for its age.
