Ellis Pottery Australia mugs - Wheat design - Shape 231 - a fine pair

This pair of Ellis Australia Pottery Mugs -Shape 231 - with the often seen wheat design, are thick, well made, tactile and chunky. They really are very nice cups indeed and would make a lovely addition to your vintage Australian pottery cup collection. 

The glaze is a little un-even in some spots, but this type of glaze style from what I've seen seems to always have that.
