Vintage Flambro R.O.C Small White Dove Statuette 1970s

Vintage Flambro R.O.C small white dove statuette from the 1970s. Collectible item that was made by Flambro, a company that produced porcelain figurines and other decorative items. R.O.C stands for Republic of China, which is the official name of Taiwan.

This statuette is made of white porcelain bisque and depicts a dove, a symbol of peace and love in a graceful pose. The 1970s was full of these doves (singles, in pairs, owls with big eyes etc), particularly in Tasmania for some reason. Not so much now as they were either broken or thrown out (sad really as they are delightful).

Luckily, I have one for you to help re-live those childhood memories. (When I find the others, yes, I have more😁😉, I will put them up)
