Giovanni DeSimone was an Italian ceramicist who created colorful vessels, platters and wall art decorated with festive figures, flowers and fauna in a style that reveals an appreciation for Cubism and folk art.Β He opened a pottery studio in the 1960s and had several artisans working with him to create bold and bright ceramic pieces inspired by traditional Sicilian art.
Meet the fish...bowl. Isn't it GORGEOUS! (I think so). There are a couple out there but this one is in fab-U-fishness one-of-a-kind condition. ππ ππ ππ ππ
I've included photos that show what look like imperfections...BUT they are still glazed. - Who knew that these were "for decorative use only".
Please see and expand the photos as they help to form part of the overall condition description.
