Vintage 1960s Deruta Italy Orvieto Red Rooster - Ashtray set -Holder with 4 small ashtrays.

I have to say that the Italians in Umbria did/do it with finesse and the 1960s was a big era all around the world for smoking... This Deruta smoking ensemble is wonderful in its craftmanship. 

The design pattern is 'Orvieto Red Rooster' which is a very old and traditional pattern that originated during the Renaissance... and Deruta loved to put it on EVERYTHING. 

According to the Deruta-Italy website all Deruta of Italy products are lead and cadmium free. Wash by hand and DON'T use in the microwave (as if you would.... just saying).
