1970s/80s Christmas ornament ceramic/bisque bell - Toys in basket - Jasco Taiwan

It's looking a lot like Christmas according to Bing Crosby...and vintage 'toys in basket' Jasco bisque ornaments. This little cracker of a bell is in wonderful condition. I'm not sure if there were other things stuck to it as the paint (cold painted) is a little lumpy around the base area.
