This is a B.O.N.K (Bart's Original Nut Kracker), a heavy-duty triangular nutcracker manufactured in Australia. 

 

Design: It features a screw mechanism within a sturdy triangular frame, ideal for cracking hard shells like macadamia nuts.

Handle: The top handle has red plastic caps on each end for improved grip and leverage.

I won't sugar coat this, it's been used (obviously) so I know it works.
