1970 Russ Berries? Hong Kong Clear Lucite figures

Very unusual and rare in Lucite.
Have you ever seen these? Me neither....
It was suggested that these could be by Russ Berrie, Hong Kong during the 1970s, they do look strikingly familiar to the solid versions. So, I'm going with that.
