1950s TAS pottery Tourist Cups (2) -1953

In 1953 these cups were made for the tourist trade (?) or as commemorative items by J Lovett(??) (signature is a wee bit hard to read). 

Highly individual and most probably the only 2, these 70+ year old cups would make an interesting talking point for any collector's cup/tourist piece collection.
