Let’s talk postage for The Happy Hoarders Tas


As most of you (that have already purchased from us) know I have to manually input the postage rates in our back end for each item that has been listed (there are lots...and lots up on our site ....)

It takes a wee while to work out dimensions, weight etc so in the end I came to the decision to help make our lives easier by adding a specific $ amount and letting Australia Post work out the nitty gritty with the packaged pieces. 


WHy is tHis GOOD?

If I've over quoted (as those that who have purchased from us already know) the left-over $ amount is refund once we have been to the post office and they do the heavy lifting (on their scales...).

If I've under quoted (I hear you ask)? Well, as a business we absorb the cost (and you are a winner... winner chicken dinner) and we do not ask for the difference.

It's your money, we are more than happy to give it back to you!

Now let's chat about combining postage for multiple items.

This is important, communication is key here. We can definitely do it for you and more than happy to do so! All you have to do is ask. Your items are in your basket at checkout, you flip me a message (in business hours please) and I can adjust it for a realistic amount. No - you won't get say 2 items for the same postal price, you will get an adjusted amount (just to be clear). 

edit: international postage?

YES WE DO … just ask and I can adjust it in the backend to be able to send to you. At the moment I’ve only Australia and certain things to New Zealand… but we can send global! Just ask!!
